Recently, my cat Fennel has not been doing well. Shaking, not eating properly for almost a week and having trouble keeping his balance. This morning my cat Fennel had collapsed in the hallway at 5am, meowing for help and struggling to walk. I immediately brought him back to the vet and he was diagnosed with dry fip (Feline infectious peritonitis), a severe disease causing inflammation, and is specifically affecting my cat’s brain tissue. Causing severe vertigo, nausea and no appetite. The medication for this disease has about an 80% chance of helping his symptoms, but it also can cost anywhere from $3000-5000. In order to see improvement and increase odds of him living he will need this medication within the next 24-48 hours from now. I’m already struggling with my own bills, so trying to afford $3000 in vet bills is nearly impossible. If you are able to help I would greatly appreciate it, anything helps right now. If you are able to share this link with friends, please do. I’m hoping with some help we can save Fennels life so that he can continue to live a happy healthy life with me. I’ve only had him in my life since January, but he’s been such a sweet and cuddly boy
