Help Fenleigh, "the Dude" life-saving operation

Help for Fenleigh. When my husband, Stockton, first discovered he had cancer, he adopted Fenleigh into my life. Our dear friend had suggested that I might need a companion after Stockton was gone. Little did we know that Fenleigh, “aka the Dude”, would connect so strongly with Stockton and, in his final year, help greatly with Stockton’s pain management.

Last week I had reason to take Fenleigh to the vet and was advised that he has an Adenoma which, if left unchecked, would cause a blockage that would lead to death.

The doctors at Park La Brea Veterinary Care say that Fenleigh has a strong heart and good blood-work, and with this operation could live for years. I work in the film industry. The ongoing strike has created additional financial difficulties. I’ve compared veterinary expenses on several occasions and found Park La Brea the most reasonable. I currently owe $510 for diagnostic tests and medication. I have a copy of the estimated, itemized cost of the surgery, which is an additional $1921.85. I’m hoping to raise $2500.00 to cover these expenses.
