My sweet puppy Fendi was hit by a truck on Thursday, July 29th and needs surgery. She is going to be ok, but we need help paying for her medical expenses.

If you know me you know my 11 month old puppy Fendi is my whole heart. She has been my emotional support dog since the passing of my mother. Fendi is very energetic and full of love. She has helped me get through this unbearable time in my life.

On Thursday night Fendi ran out the front door and bolted into the street. She was hit by an oncoming truck who wasn’t able to stop in time. Fendi needs surgery on both back legs so that she will be able to run and play without pain. The cost will be between $2,908 and $3,979. You can see the quote from Fendi’s vet here.

I am 20 years old and am responsible for all of my bills and finances. I am a full time Laney College student, a dream beyond bars fellow & a dog mom. I am an advocate in the community getting my life on the right track. And at this moment I just need a little help.

This financial emergency is more than I can afford and am I am relying on my community to help Fendi get back on her feet.
