Death is a reality that every family will face. In those moments of grief and heartbreak, families should be able to focus on remembering and praying for their loved ones, not worrying about transport and funeral arrangements.

Alhamdulillah, Feltham Hira Mosque has taken an important step towards serving our community by purchasing a dedicated van for our Janazah and funeral service. This vehicle will help us support bereaved families and ensure our deceased brothers and sisters are transported with the dignity, respect, and honour that Islam teaches us.

However, we still need your help.

The van now requires professional conversion into a fully equipped Janazah ambulance/hearse. This includes specialist fittings, interior modifications, exterior repainting, community branding and logos, and other essential work needed to make it fit for purpose.

This is more than just a vehicle. It is a service for the entire community. It will be there for families during some of the most difficult days of their lives. It will serve our parents, grandparents, spouses, children, friends, and neighbours. One day, it may even serve us or someone we love.

Every journey this vehicle makes, every family it supports, and every Janazah it helps facilitate will be a source of reward for those who helped make it possible.
