Help Felipe stay alive!

Felipe López is a 34 year old husband and father of 3. He is a hard worker and very trustworthy. Unfortunately, he was diagnosed with kidney failure 2 years ago. In order to keep him alive, he needs a kidney transplant. He does have a kidney donor, but needs to raise $12,000 for the surgery.
