Help Felicia overcome her critical AVM health challenge.
Donation protected
This is Felicia’s mom and dad. Besides loosing her best friend a few years back, Felicia is going through the worst thing she has ever faced in her 33 years on this earth. Felicia is a mother, aunt, daughter, sister (oldest to 7 siblings), wife, manager, hard worker, entrepreneur and a friend to the end. Felicia is the bravest woman we know. Death has knocked on her door 3 other times and she has alway been an overcomer. She is always the one helping others and this time she is the one that needs your help. Currently in the ICU at Beaumont hospital in Dearborn, she has been diagnosed with a rare condition known as AVM (Arteriovenous malformation) An AVM is an irregular mass of veins and arteries. Her brain AVM is restricting blood flow and causing high pressure on critical areas of her brain. This is a genetic disorder in her brain that will need 3 small surgeries and will ultimately require a full craniotomy to remove. This will take 4 to 6 months to complete and then a long road ahead for her to recovery. Felicia has a full time managerial job for Biggby coffee, a part time job and she recently started her own small business that has been very successful. As you can imagine, the loss of 3 incomes is going to have a grave impact on this family of six. Because the doctors say she has to be stress free during this medical event we are asking for any donations to help with medical expenses, the possibility of PT, OT, speech and her regular bills until she can return to work and daily functions. First and foremost she needs your prayers. She wants to keep life as normal as possible for her wonderful 4 boys, niece and husband who has been by her side since the diagnosis. Every little bit will help during this difficult time. We want to thank you in advance for your support of our beautiful, brave, magnificent daughter.
