Help feed myself and pay rent

Donation protected
I have no family fit to take care of me at this point.  37355 is my regular zipcode but I am currently living in Cookeville away from Manchester. I can't even afford medicine and my phone got shut off yesterday. It hurts me that I even have to create this page. Very embarrassing for those of y'all that know me. If you can't donate, sharing this post would be the next best thing. My mother passed when I was 13 and my dad is not fit to take care of me. I have no help besides my twin brother.  I have not even been cleared to drive yet, although I have no car so it doesn't matter anyways. I am sleeping with my twin brother in a twin size bed in Cookeville at the moment but I don't know how long that will last. He also broke broke 3 of his vertebraes but his injuries were not nearly as significant. He had to drop his classes at Tennessee Tech University to take care of me. I myself shattered most of my vertebrae in both my lower back and all 5 lower lumber vertebrae and they replaced them with cement. Afterwards, they were fused together so I have lost most of my flexiblity.. I am not use to this type of lifestyle whatsoever. I am currently waiting for disability but it could take a year for that. . Unfortunately, Tennessee has no short term disability programs. I've went homeless for days and days without food as well due to all of this, since my brother's roommates kicked me out when I had no money to pitch in.  I don't take hand-me- outs normally but something has to change for the better in my life. I've lost 20 pounds since leaving the hospital. The story goes like this,  I was in the passenger seat of a car with a driver that claimed to be sober. I thought why not save money since uber isn't free. Well we ended up running a stop sign at approximately 70mph after multiple attempts to tell him to slow down. My injuries will take 5-6 month just to be good enough to work and that's a good thing since Vanderbilt didn't think that I would make it at all. My total injuries was a completely shattered back, lessions in my spinal fluid sack, broken ribs, bruised organs, and a nearly collapsed lung. I went through a complete reconstructive spinal surgery. No I will never be the same but i do believe in God now and my attitude on life has changed drastically so that is the positive that comes from this. I was in Vanderbilt care for 3 weeks so 20k doesn't really touch my medical bills but like I said I've always had a hard time asking for anything and always went and got it myself.  I have never went 1 month without a job and I am now 24 but without a job but my funds are now exhausted. To be exact, I'm in 105k dollars debt to Vanderbilt and have negative 56 dollars in my bank account. I am trying to stay positive and hope something good will come from this post. Anyways, God bless everyone and thank you all, even if you can't afford to donate. Please share this post.
