Help Feed Handong Global Students in Need

In the last 1.5 years, I have had the privilege of getting to know many students from Handong Global University. This university is special for so many reasons, one of them being that there are students that represent 50+ nations in attendance. The majority of the international students come from developing nations, and/or are MKs (missionary kids). This means that funds are limited. Most of these students are on some type of scholarship assistance and need to find ways to supplement their tuition, etc. This in itself isn't uncommon. Many of us have had to work during college to make ends meet.

The part that absolutely kills me however, is that I have personally seen many of these students forego eating because they simply can't afford it. When I ask them why don't they ask their parents for money, they all say that they know their parents can't afford it and they don't want to worry them. I have personally taken many of these students out for a meal or coffee during my time here as a way to help, but I feel called to do more. I would like to put money in several students' food accounts so that they can eat on campus where the meals are hearty and affordable. It would be such a blessing if you could help contribute. $25 would feed a student for a week!
