Help feed and care for Arusha's street dogs

My name is Ismael and I live in Arusha, Tanzania where I have been caring for many injured, starving, neglected street dogs. I began my mission in 2017, and have been feeding and caring for as many dogs as I can afford to. Arusha has a big problem with street dogs, and they are often mistreated and injured, with many becoming paralyzed from being hit by cars or motorcycles. 

My mission is to care for the sick and injured dogs, and I have built a small compound to house the dogs and bring them back to health and I work to find people who can adopt them. 

I am asking for help with the ongoing costs of feeding the dogs, as well as paying for vaccinations and spay/neuter surgeries, and for occasional special costs such as a wheelchair for the paralyzed dogs to prevent injuries from dragging (see photo for a dog with his wheelchair).
