Help feed an orphan this Ramadan. Our goal is to feed the orphans and needy families in Uganda. The Last few years have been difficult for everyone and the Covid-19 situation is severely affecting the poor and vulnerable around the world. It is our duty to help each other and especially the needy. In this time of need we are asking for your help to donate towards feeding the poor during Ramadan. This year our Ramadan Appeal is even more meaningful as we aim to help the families affected by the Corona Virus. We are raising money for food and supplies at Greenland Orphanage and these supplies will be used to feed the children and the less fortunate families within the community who are struggling for food due to the Covid-19 crisis in Kampala. We will be raising funds for families that are living in shallow conditions and need medical attention. Our resident team is working hard and currently overwhelmed with the crisis. These families are in desperate need and struggling for food. We need everyone to come together in Ramadan and help us to feed the orphans and support these poor families throughout the blessed month and beyond Insha’Allah. We are asking for Kind donations and Zakat donations so please give generously. You have nothing to lose and so much to gain by supporting orphans. An orphan is the Muslim Ummah’s collective responsibility. Our Beloved Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said "I and the person who looks after an orphan and provides for him, will be in paradise like this.” Putting his index finger and middle fingers together.
