Stage IV gastrointestinal cancer struck our beloved friend Federico Enriquez without warning. In just a matter of weeks, the disease has spread aggressively. Chemotherapy has begun, and intensive hospital and home care will soon be needed. The situation is sudden and dire, and his family from Argentina has flown in and is working around the clock to support.
