Hi! I'm Erica Redgraves. I teach Art at Founders Classical Academy of Mesquite, and my kids have never been to an Art Museum.

They are wild, brilliant, curious, creative, and diligent. Most of them have never been to a museum, despite working so hard and learning so much about art history over the past two years, and working to incorporate their knowledge into their art. Many have never been on a field trip of any kind.

Fundraising through proper channels has proven to be nearly impossible, and we need to charter two buses to get 8th Grade and Art 1 to the Kimbell Museum in Fort Worth. Each bus is $600, so our goal is $1200 total.

I do everything I can in the classroom with our limited resources to convey the significance and the impressive quality of these artworks, but there is truly NOTHING that compares to seeing them in person! Myself and my students would appreciate anything you are able to contribute! Thank you so much for your time!
