Help Faye's Urgent Eye Surgery

Hello, my name is Christina and I am fundraising to raise money necessary to pay for the surgery and care cost to have Faye's eye removed. Faye is a 13 year old beloved Puggle. On May 18th 2024 an injury caused her eye to prolapse out of the socket. She was rushed to the emergency and the ER vet wanted to make efforts to save the eye and gave us no choice in the matter. The eye lids were stitched to keep it closed during healing. Our primary vet removed the stitches and we've been nursing an infection, ulceration and rupture. The past weeks have been hard and painful for Faye. The infection is getting worse and is not healing. The picture above is when it was stitched, the eye now is a massive sore.

Her eye must be removed to prevent further complications and possible brain infection. I am hoping I can raise the money to help cover the costs as at this time, I cannot afford this incredibly urgent, possibly life saving, procedure. The past few years have been very hard financially as I have been dealing with my own health issued and the first ER visit was $972. I have not been able to catch up on the rent owed as I had to use those funds for the first unexpected but vital ER visit. Anything anyone can donate will help. The funds will cover the surgery which we've been given an estimate of $800 to $900. The remaining $100 will cover blood work and medicine.

Faye is deeply loved and a huge part of our family.
