To know Faye & Chad is love them! They both have the biggest hearts. Always serving others, and being helping hands. They have faced many battles, one right after the next. Faye lost her job of 26 years at Carlisle finishing, formally known as Cone mills, when they closed down. She had dedicated most of her life there. It was a hard loss for her. Although she did find another job nothing will ever be the same. Not long after that Faye was diagnosed with breast cancer. She underwent chemo, and a few different procedures. Thank the good Lord, she beat cancer. But the destruction didn’t stop there.
As many of you are aware the snow/ice storm that happened last weekend (01/15-17/2022) caused a lot of damage for many. As for Faye and Chad it practically destroyed their home. Due to the storm a huge tree fell on their home destroying a big portion of it, forcing them to have to leave. This was a very tragic and scary event that took place. Faye and Chad were in their home when the tree fell, barley missing Chad as he sat in his recliner and striking something that then hit Faye knocking her down and pinning her beneath it.
Because there home is a single wide trailer that is paid for they were not able to obtain homeowners insurance leaving them in a position where they have to take on the cost themselves. I know they will be so grateful for any help they receive to rebuild the home they loved.
This horrible event has left them in so much pain. They just want to get back to normal. They spent most of their free time with their grandsons in that home. And to help them get it repaired, and get them through in the mean time I am asking anyone who can, to help them achieve this goal, to donate what you can and to SHARE this with everyone you can think of.
