Help Faye (Abby Dear) get gender affirming surgery.

Hi! My name is Faye, but many of you know me as Abby Dear. I am a trans woman from Atlanta, GA. I've been a presence and elder of the Atlanta music scene for almost two decades now DJing, producing, playing in bands and throwing events. I've also been a community organizer for the better part of a decade, working with like-minded folks and queer non-profits to help put on social and educational events centering BIPOC trans folks and making space for the many needs of the larger queer community.

I'm roughly 10 years into my transition and now looking to get bottom surgery (orchiectomy). This will alleviate a lot of gender dysphoria for me as well as make it significantly easier to maintain medical care. It will also codify the progress I've made in my transition so far and make it near impossible to for me to de-transition--something that would be a great comfort as it looks like that is the government's plan for all trans people in the eyes of the new presidential administration.

Any little bit helps and this care would impact my quality of life in a profound way and insulate me from the worst to come.

All proceeds will go towards consultation fees and the procedure itself. Thank you all so very much!
