Meet Fatmeh— a determined and loving single mom of three kids under 20, working tirelessly to keep her family afloat. She goes to the gym early mornings at 7am to clean the women’s areas before she goes off to her second job in the afternoon.

Recently, Fatmeh found out she needs surgery to address serious health issues that have been making everyday life difficult. As the only one responsible for the bills, groceries, and caregiving, she simply can’t afford time off from work or the mounting medical costs.
