Help Fatima Keep Her Four Children Safe, Fed, and Healthy

Donation protected
Every morning, I look into the faces of my four children and wonder how I will provide the food, clean drinking water, and medicine they need to make it through another day.
My name is Fatima, a mother of four from Gaza. My youngest daughter, Alaa, is only one year old.
Every day, my greatest fear is that one of my children will go to bed hungry, or that I won't be able to afford the medicine they need if they become sick.
We lost our home during the war, but today our greatest battle is no longer what we lost.
It is making sure our children have enough food, clean water, medicine, and the basic necessities they need to survive.
Although much of the world's attention has moved on, our reality has not changed.
Because of your incredible kindness, my family survived some of the darkest days of this war.
Your donations helped us buy food when we had none, find clean drinking water when it was scarce, purchase medicine when illness struck, and provide the basic necessities that kept our family going.
Your support was more than financial help.
It gave us hope when we felt we had none.
Today, I am asking for your help again.
Over the past few months, donations have slowed significantly, but my children's needs have not. Every day they still need food, clean drinking water, medicine, and the basic essentials every child deserves.
For our family, this fundraiser has become our only way to keep providing our children with the basic necessities they need every day.
My five-year-old daughter, Lina, still remembers the home we lost.
Sometimes she tells me about a dream she had—that we rebuilt our house and that we were all together there again.
Other days, she asks me for a notebook for kindergarten, new clothes, or foods she remembers from before the war.
The hardest part is not hearing her ask.
The hardest part is having to tell her,
"Not today."
Not because she doesn't deserve those things.
But because I simply cannot afford them.
If you choose to support our family today, your donation will help provide:
• Food
• Clean drinking water
• Medicine and healthcare
• Clothing and essential daily supplies
• Shelter and basic living expenses
• Future evacuation costs if a safe opportunity becomes possible
Every donation, no matter the amount, becomes something real for my children.
A meal.
Clean water.
Medicine.
Warm clothes.
Another day of safety.
If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing our campaign.
Your share could reach someone whose kindness could change our lives.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for standing beside our family through the hardest chapter of our lives.
Your compassion gives our children something every child deserves:
Hope.
With love and gratitude,
Fatima and Family

Hello! My name is Sarah Bates and I am from Chicago, IL.

Fatima reached out to me through a mutual friend in Gaza and asked me to become the receiver of her campaign and I am honored to do so. I am dedicated to helping our siblings in Gaza escape the horror and injustice they face. Whatever is raised I will send directly to the Alzaqzuq Family through the Bank of Palestine.

These funds will go to support the Alzaqzuq family in Khan Yunis:
Fatima
Omar
Alma
Bisan
Lina
Alaa

What these funds will be used for:
Necessary food and clothes to help survive the Gazan winter.
Any doctor's visits for the children and regarding Fatima's pregnancy.
And ultimately to help them to get through the crossing into Egypt when (god willing) Rafah crossing opens.
