Help Farrukh get a bone marrow transplant

By now most of you know of the passing of my Father, Ajmal Kamal Mirza. He passed away peacefully at his residence in his homeland, Pakistan. Some of you have asked what can we do, or where can we donate. In lieu of flowers etc. I have set up a go fund me account for a long time Family Friend’s Son. He needs a bone marrow transplant. I’m sure my Father would graciously support this worthy cause.
My name is Zeb and I reside in Canada. Last month I went back home (Pakistan) for the final departure of my dad and came to know about Farrukh's medical condition. Farrukh and his father have been our family friends/tailors for a very long time. His father shared the news about his medical situation, lack of financial affordability and asked for help.
His illness started with the constant feeling of weakness and being pale. During a medical examination and lab investigations he was told that his symptoms were due to a medical condition called PAROXYSMAL NOCTURNAL HEMOGLOBIN UREA (PNH).
Paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) is a rare acquired, life-threatening disease of the blood. The disease is characterized by destruction of red blood cells (hemolytic anemia), blood clots (thrombosis), and impaired bone marrow function (not making enough of the three blood components.
Bone marrow transplantation (BMT) is the only cure for PNH. BMT replaces all of a patient’s bone marrow stem cells with those from a donor, usually a healthy brother or sister.
Bone marrow transplantation is not available in public hospitals, and not many private hospitals provide this service.The ones which provide this service are very costly.
I promised him that I will do whatever I can to help him get the treatment needed. With this thought I have started this GOFUND ME.I will collect all the funds in my personal bank account in Canada while my parents in Pakistan will deliver the equivalent amount of funds in local currency to Furrukh in the mode the hospital wants them to deposit for surgery.
I have attached a copy of the diagnostic report.
