Hi, my name is Emily and I created a go fund me with permission from Farrah. Farrah was born and raised in California by her Grandma & Grandpa. Her Grandma recently fell ill and has been unable to care for herself. Farrah has been out to California to try and help get her settled but is unable to return right now. Unfortunately after her recent hospital stay her previous nursing home will not re-admit her. Farrah is trying to bring her Grandma home to Pennsylvania so she can take care of her and have family close by. Please help me surround not only Farrah but her Grandma with love and let's bring her home to Pennsylvania!
