Help farewell my beautiful sister Emma

Hi my name Kenneth hoad , my sister Emma pasted away after a sudden infection on Monday 13th Sept 2021 . She was 39 years old and was born with spina bifida.she was given 24 hrs to live when she was born 39years ago . Her dissabilty never stopped her . She achieved a uni degree and many other achievements over her life . She worked full time at coffs harbour council where she was a inspiration to all who worked and met her . I want to give Emma the best send off we can . Thanks Ken
