Help Fanny Mae Recover from Emergency Surgery

Fanny Mae is 9 years old and she needed to be spayed, so she was taken to an animal clinic to get it done. Unfortunately, we were told to come back as she was overweight. She lost some weight and we came back only to be told that she needed a special doctor to do the surgery, so she wasn't able to get it done.

She then got an infection in her uterus and had to be rushed to an emergency vet. The visit alone cost almost $200, and we were looking at over seven grand for the emergency surgery. That's when we applied for a vet credit card. Luckily, the vet was kind and told us about a friend of his who would work with the credit limit's budget and do the surgery.

Now we're in debt as I am on a limited income and can't afford to pay off the debt alone. Fanny is a beautiful girl who needed help and so I squeezed blood out of a turnip, so to speak. To be honest, I wouldn't ask if I didn't need the help.
