We’ve poured hours and dollars into this pilot and couldn’t be more proud of what it’s accomplished so far. This is Nick and Kelsey's first crowdfunding venture, so we're seeking your help to get Fangin' Out over the finish line and into the industry!

Hire a professional sound mixer to enhance the audio and sound design throughout our pilot.

Bring on a colorist so the picture looks its best

About Fangin' Out
Logline: A recently bitten werewolf and his newly-found vampire roommate attempt to put the natural in supernatural in their humble city life.
Fangin' Out is a proof-of-concept pilot created by Nick McDowell & Kelsey Myers with Alanna Bagladi's creative development / direction.
Our story follows Josephine, a time-jaded vampire, and Dylan, a recently bitten werewolf, as they navigate day-to-day life as roommates seeking normalcy. Josephine has done it all and then some with eternity to go. Dylan confronts his new identity as he runs from his past and under the moon. While people would be quick to call them ”monsters” (supernaturals to be P.C.), they see each other’s humanity in life’s quieter moments.
This mockumentary comedy captures moments meant for the camera and when things go awry. Combining the interview and everyday setting of Modern Family, What We Do in the Shadows's clash of old lore and today’s world, and Broad City's untamed friendship shenanigans gives Fangin’ Out its narrative bite.
Our team successfully filmed the script in August 2025. We’re aiming for the stars and would love your help getting there!
