First of all, thank you, THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for all of the prayers, love, thoughts, good vibes, and check ins.
As many of you know, Tammy Cockerham is undergoing some serious health issues. On October 25th, we had to take our mother to the ER, because she could not hold her head up and had blurred speech. While at the ER, they conducted at CT scan and found out that she has severe hydrocephalus, but they could not determine the cause. She has been to many doctors' appointments this month. She was to have a ventriculostomy on today (November 24, 2020), but during her pre-op and stress test, she was deemed to have low white blood cell count and an abnormality in her heart. She will have to undergo many medical procedures to determine the cause and best route to getting her healthy again. Tammy is a fighter and constantly has a smile on her face even through her toughest times.
Tammy is uninsured and many large medical bills are having to take forefront, combined with direct family members having to take unpaid leave during this time to properly support Tammy. We are humbly reaching out to all friends, family, and community of the much in need Cockerham family. We are asking for any financial support you are able to give to help our family during this very uncertain time. No amount is too small, thank you to all and we will keep you updated on her progress.
Again, we cannot thank you enough for your support, prayers, and good vibes. We are so blessed to be in a community with you.
Sincerely,
Caitlin, Dylan, and Makala (Tammy's children)
