*UPDATE: Debra passed peacefully on January 10th at 10:30am. Please give the family space and time to mourn. We are deeply hurt. 

Dear friends and family,

Our beloved Debra had a heart attack on 12/29 and has been fighting for her life in the ICU this past week. After tons of test, it's determined that much damage was done to her brain while she was gone for those 15 minutes. The best thing we can do for her now is Hospice care and be there with her for the remainder of her time here on earth.

Debra was a wonderful grandmother who loved her grandchildren more than life itself. She leaves behind her daughter Danielle, her grandchildren Penelope and Mateo, her life partner Steve, son in law Fernando and all of her family who she loved so much..

Debra dedicated her life to her grandchildren… anytime she had was spent loving and spoiling them to her fullest. She was an amazing women who always cared for you like her own when you walked into her home. She was a giver. She gave to everyone without asking for anything in return.

We are all devastated by this loss and were not prepared for the high cost of a funeral service. We want to give Debra the memorial she deserves, to honor her memory and say our last goodbyes.

I am currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of Debra's funeral.
