Edit: I would like to thank everyone who has helped support us. I’m dumbfounded by the amount of people who have already donated- we’re already halfway to our goal! This has shown me the power of close communities and how good people can be. Again, thank you and if you can, continue to share this page wherever possible!
Our mom has been able to leave rehab yesterday morning and has been getting used to being back home. I’m by her side every step of the way to make sure she is comfortable and healing. It’s possible that she may need another surgery- the screw in the bottom of her leg has started to come out of place, but we’ll see what happens. I’ll share pictures of it below. Again, thank you EVERYONE who has donated and supported us. <3

Gonna edit this page with more pictures/make it look more professional later, I just needed to get it up and running because we’re really running out of options lol
on February 7th last month my mother Anne Heyen slipped on ice outside our home and badly broke her hip. She got surgery the same night and has been recovering in rehab since then.
As the breadwinner of our family (our dad does not live with us and hunting for jobs is continuously frustrating), we are slowly running out of money for groceries, bills, doctor appointments (my sister has scoliosis in her shoulder), and medical costs for my dear sweet amazing mother who has been through multiple accidents and surgeries similar to this throughout her life. This time unfortunately we need to ask for help.
All the money from this go fund me will go towards what I stated above- groceries, bills, rent, medical supplies and medication for my mom Anne. Her job is actively refusing to pay her and literally took back money from her account because she can’t work while she’s in rehab. This will help us get through the coming months while my mom recovers and gets back home. I don’t know what else to put here. Thank you for your time and please help us.
