Many already know my family and me, and what we’re going through. My oldest brother was shot multiple times last Sunday (November 2nd) while on a trip out of state. We are absolutely blessed and thankful that he is still here with us because things obviously aren’t always so fortunate in these situations. Currently, he’s been through 2 operations on his abdomen and one on his feet to repair the damage. He’s doing soooo good, and we couldn’t be more fortunate, thankful, and just so happy.

He’s recovering very well and is still in the hospital. Because this event happened in another state, my mother has traveled to be at his side in his care and recovery.

At this time, she could really use and benefit from some financial assistance. This will be used for obtaining an Airbnb for the two of them for a week, possibly more depending on how long they will need to stay out there. It’s very unclear at this time.

She’s currently waiting for him to be discharged from the hospital in order to start this process to bring him back home to NC. We’re not sure how long it will be before they can make that trip home.

Getting aftercare set up in NC, medical insurance transferred, plus the appointments he’s going to definitely need to be at in the state he’s currently in is what we know and can foresee being the hold-up.

If anyone is willing and able to contribute to this cause, it is absolutely appreciated and welcomed at this time.
