Help Family of Tortured and Murdered Victims
Donation protected
On Sunday, October 17th, six people were gunned down and brutally murdered at a ranch in Costa Rica.
Among the victims were four of my friend Carlos’s family members—Willy Alfredo Borbón Muñoz, 38, Daniel Quesada Cascante, 44, his wife, Claudia Alina Villarevia Rivera, 41, and their son, Daniel Mauricio Quesada Villarevia, 20. The four, along with Willy’s girlfriend, were repairing agricultural equipment on a work assignment and didn’t return home.
Carlos’s family travelled hours to the property to search for them—and what they discovered was unimaginable. They found their family members, Willy’s girlfriend, and the ranch owner doused in gasoline, burned, and shot multiple times.
These murders have devastated Carlos’s family. His cousin, Willy, leaves behind twin daughters, both 7 years old. The family of 3 leave behind a 16-year-old son and 18-year-old daughter.
Anything you’re able to give will go towards burial and cremation expenses and therapy for the victims’ children. The burial and cremations cost $5,155.00 USD and the therapy sessions will cost $4,200.00 USD. We’ve set the fundraising goal at $9,750.00 to cover these expenses and transaction fees through the GoFundMe platform.
