Sadly, one of Credit Plus's QC Review team members, Penny Goodfellow, lost her son on 8/04/21.

Steven Effler passed away unexpectedly due to natural causes and leaves behind a wife, Jennifer and a sister, Janice.

Steven was a decorated soldier in the Army and received the distinguished Purple Heart. He served his country with three tours to Afghanistan./ He came home to earn his Masters degree in Economics and Psychology. Steven loved helping people as a Mental Health Counselor for the State of Florida. He was well known for his countless hours of volunteer work and developing outreach services for those in need. He enjoyed smoking cigars and watching his favorite football team, the Chicago Bears. Steven will be missed but her aura will forever surround those who loved him.
