Hi, my name is Maureen Sawicki and I’m fundraising for my friend (who is subject to a publication ban) due to the fact that her family represents over 20 of this man’s 81 sexual assault charges.

Yes, sadly, her family has been victimized repeatedly and can’t even raise money on their own because of the privacy issues of the minors involved.

This case is monopolizing their lives. They have mounting costs of therapies for their kids and really need a break.

The mother is in and out of hospital due to the stress and can’t even go to her church to ask for meal help because of the privacy issues. The police will not allow her to talk publicly about this.

Due to this case, the family has had to move into a new, anonymous rental, which has caused the children to be uprooted from their school and their friends.

Money raised will go to

therapy and to some settling in costs. The government only allows therapy up to a cap of $1500 per person, so they’re now paying out of pocket for this very necessary therapy for the entire family. And Ford retracted the Victims Fund (CICB) in 2019, so the spent therapy money is all they will get.
