They were to be out Thursday 6/22/23 at noon but the manager had a big heart and gave them another week. This family is in a vicious cycle because there is a cap on the number of people in a room. If they tell landlords truthfully how many kids plus pets they have, then they're required to RENT 2 ROOMS. They Can't Afford to get 2 rooms, plus pet deposits, pet fees, etc. So, when they get only 1 room and sneak in some of the kids and dogs they get kicked out if/when management finds out. They are in a catch 22. They're on the list for housing resources. Unfortunately, due to rules they're required to have a certain # of beds and rooms.

Resources for many homeless families doesn't exist - Especially for Large Families WITH PETS.

Please help us raise funds that will be paid directly to a rental property for housing, deposits, pet fees, etc.

There are many families in need. Our housing resources system is broken. We can fund a stadium but we can't assist a large family with housing resources who works and tries to hard to find safety and security for their family including the 4 legged ones.

This family has desperately tried to keep their pets. On Wednesday night the mom called in tears and asked if they couldn't find anywhere to go and ended up on the streets if I could get their dogs into rescue. I didn't have the heart to tell them I have NO WHERE for them to go and all the Rescues are bursting at the seams and they likely wouldn't make it out of the kill shelter. . PLEASE HELP ME KEEP THIS WHOLE FAMILY TOGETHER And, bring these precious children & precious pets some stability since our housing system can't seem to help.

PLEASE NOTE: We are already working directly with homeless advocates and an elected official. There just aren't resources for families , let alone this large. We will continue exhausting all available resources. NO NEGATIVE COMMENTS PLEASE.
