My name is Kirsten. I am 31 years old. I have a fiancé name Chris. We have three kids and a baby Due on June 26. The last seven years I worked as a PCA at a nursing home. Chris was working as a tow truck driver. We bought a new mobile home in May 2019 and have a mortgage on it. We also pay lot rent. At the peak of the pandemic I lost my job. Within a few weeks I had suffered three grand mall seizures in a two week span causing two ambulance rides and ER visits. I was diagnosed with epilepsy. This was caused from having a subarachnoid hemorrhage  2017. A recent MRI showed abnormality. I now stay at home with my three kids while my two older ones do mostly at home learning. During the same time Chris lost his job due to slow business and being one of the newer hirees. He claimed for unemployment and after a while had received it. Then we found out that he was not eligible for some reason and had to pay back $8000 in overpayment to the state for unemployment. We used up all the money we had. We got behind on our lot rent for three months. We were processed on Christmas Eve and had court on January 14. We thought we were protected by the eviction moratorium and planned on using our stimulus money when we got it to get caught up. Unfortunately we did not know you had to sign the CDC declaration and therefore we were not protected in order to be evicted. The sheriff showed up shortly later after with a 10 day notice to leave. Because a mobile home is considered personal property if we cannot move it which we cannot as we are financially struggling we will have to forfeit it even though we own it and are caught up on our mortgage for it. Chris recently took a job for his CDL and had to leave this past Sunday for a 21 day training phase. This caused me to be home alone with the kids to deal with the eviction. But it had to be done to help get us back on our feet. The 10 days It’s up on the first. I started packing but not sure where my families going to go. It breaks my heart that we’re gonna have to forfeit our home and take a hard hit on that. Any contribution including prayers would be so much appreciated. Thank you so much.
