Help persecuted families in Pakistan.

Hi, I am raising funds for our Chistian brothers and sisters living in persecution in Pakistan. This fundraiser started out for one dear family in Christ that our family, the Shirleys, have come to know and love. We simply wanted to help raise money for daily needs such as food, which they often went without. And for a door and windows for their home before the cold of winter set in. Praise Yeshua, He met that immediate need through the love of His people! But it opened our eyes to a much greater need. Life is hard for Christians in Pakistan. Employment is very hard to find for Christians and getting harder. Many have no money and no current way of earning any. There are many widows, sick and elderly with no resources to support them in the Christian colony. A Christian colony in Pakistan is a ghetto/slum where Christians go to live in safety in numbers and because they have no where else to go. Many go hungry and without care for their ailments. They live by faith daily, having chosen this life when they chose to follow King Yeshua. Persecution is growing and many Christians nearby have recently been forced to flee as theirs churches and homes were burned. I am changing the purpose of this fundraiser in a few ways. First it is to meet the most immediate and dire needs in the colony. I will send an update when this occurs as to the specific need we are fundraising for. Secondly, our family friends whom this was originally started for are seeking asylum and it will cost lots of $ for paperwork and legal fees to get out. And thirdly, we are embarking on a journey to a more self sustainable plan to benefit the family and the entire colony. We are planning to work with the family to make a book about life in the colony which would share pictures and testimonies of the brothers and sisters. We may need funds along the way for supplies and publishing. I will update as we move farther along in our goal and always post updates as to the specific area the tithe is sent. We are also praying YAH raise up the right people to join us in non-monetary ways as well. Such as talents of photography, writing, publishing, graphic design etc. As always, pray about everything and contact me personally if you have any questions.
