I took a bad fall off a ladder doing some home improvements at my house. I completely tore my patellar tendon, leaving my kneecap floating at thigh level.

The expected recovery time is 4-6 months after surgery, which I am in the process of scheduling.

I have been working in construction since I got out of the Navy but will not be able to continue that work at present time.

As the sole provider, I'm asking for help with bills and rent for me and my family until I can get back to work.
