Since late October, my homeland of Da Nang and Quang Nam in central Vietnam has been devastated by the worst flooding in over 60 years. Wave after wave of heavy rain has turned streets into rivers, buried entire villages under landslides, and left families with nothing. The numbers are heartbreaking: 90 people have died, over 200,000 homes are flooded, and 400,000 people have been evacuated. But behind these numbers are real families, grandmothers wading through chest-deep water, children who've lost all their school supplies, families whose homes are buried under mud and rock. Some mountain villages have been completely isolated for weeks, with no food or clean water. Roads are destroyed. People are using boats just to get home.

100% of the funds raised here will go directly to affected families in Da Nang and Quang Nam through my family members, local contacts, and local aid organizations who are distributing aid. Families will receive direct cash assistance to purchase emergency food and clean drinking water, replace essential items lost in the floods, repair damaged homes, and get back on their feet after losing everything. Every donation makes a real difference for families who are struggling to rebuild their lives.

I can't be there to help in person, but I will be working with local aid organizations and contacts to get money directly to families who need it.
