Help families in need during Ramadan

In these last ten days of Ramadan, we need to remember how fortunate we all are to have a home over our heads and food on our tables. Hundreds and thousands of families in Afghanistan are not able to live the same lives as us due to the extreme financial situations they are in. Now especially, because of Covid-19, families are grieving and unable to support their children, leaving thousands hungry. In these times of need, I am hoping we can all come together to raise money for those who are less fortunate. This could allow families to have fresh meals during iftar, and have some of their stress reduced. These last ten days of Ramadan are incredibly important and I hope we can all put together a little something to help those in Afghanistan. May Allah (swt) reward us all and accept our prayers in this holy month.
