Help Evacuate Families Trapped in Gaza

Dear Family and Friends,

Two months ago, my friend Heba (Abukmeil) Alsourani and her children were able to evacuate Gaza with the help of many caring people like you. Her sister (Abeer Abukmeil Alhasabi) and her brother (Mohammed Abukmeil) have been able to evacuate their families with support from donations to this campaign. These families were trapped in Gaza along the Egyptian border in Rafah, having escaped death multiple times under unimaginable circumstances. The efforts from this campaign are working, so we are continuing to help more people evacuate such as Rania Eleyan and her family. The fundraising goal includes fees to enter Egypt through their evacuation program.

*For transparency, Cecilia Williams is a resident of Memphis, Tennessee and is the organizer/beneficiary for this campaign. She has been a college friend to Heba Abukmeil for over 20 years. The funds will be delivered directly to Heba's family in Egypt, who will register more relatives and their children at the evacuation program office at the Egyptian border.
