Help FAME Performing Arts Rebuild After Devastating Flood
Donation protected
On Monday, February 3rd, a devastating arson attack in the unit above FAME School of Performing Arts triggered the building’s sprinkler system, flooding every unit—including ours. The damage was catastrophic.
Our beloved studio was completely submerged, destroying the floors, walls, and ceiling. A recovery crew was called in, and due to extensive water damage, they had to tear out the flooring, ceiling, and three feet of drywall. The space we’ve called home for so long is now unrecognizable.
To make matters worse, the insurance company representing the perpetrators has refused to cover third-party claims, leaving us to bear the financial burden of rebuilding.
For Ms. Theresa, FAME isn’t just a studio—it’s a lifelong dream, a second home, and a place where young performers grow, learn, and thrive. Watching it be destroyed in a matter of minutes by an act beyond our control has been heartbreaking. But we refuse to let this be the end of our story.
We need your help to rebuild. Every dollar donated will go directly toward restoring the studio—replacing floors, repairing walls, and making FAME a safe and inspiring space for our students once again.
FAME is more than a studio—it’s a family. And right now, we need our family, friends, and community to rally together to bring our home back to life.
Thank you for your love, generosity, and support.
