Help Faith Fight Brain Cancer
Faith is a 25-year-old who is courageously battling brain cancer.
In November 2024, an MRI revealed a tumor in her brain stem. After visiting multiple hospitals and hearing many different opinions, she began her journey at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Jacksonville. A lumbar puncture and brain biopsy eventually led to an official diagnosis on January 6, 2025: Diffused Midline Glioma with an H3K27M mutation, a rare and inoperable brain cancer.
Faith began chemotherapy and radiation on January 21st, enduring daily 3-hour round trips for treatment. She completed chemo and rang the bell on March 5th, and shortly after, began a clinical trial on March 31st, which she continues to this day. As of July 30th, her tumor is stable, but she now faces complications, including a suspected CSF leak causing her brain to sag into her spine. She is preparing for a blood patch procedure in hopes of healing the leak.
The past nine months have been filled with countless doctor visits, treatments, emotional and physical challenges, and significant financial strain. Through it all, Faith remains determined to fight cancer one day at a time while trying to maintain a sense of normalcy for her two young children, Kash and Josie, and her husband Jeffery, who are her entire world.
This GoFundMe has been created to help cover medical bills, travel expenses for ongoing treatments, and to provide financial support for Faith, her husband, and their two little ones during this incredibly difficult journey.
Any donation, big or small, will make a meaningful difference in helping this young wife and mom continue her fight and focus on her family.
