Ever since I was 14, I've been identifying as a woman, and have been going through a lot of difficult steps into transitioning.
I'm now 21, and life couldn't be getting any more difficult. Meanwhile my dysphoria also adds some weight into my insecurities. but I've been and will still work hard to achieve my goal to be able to live a simple, sustainable and stable life with me and my girlfriend.
My name is Fae & I am setting up a Gofundme for my sex reassignment surgery, the only reason I'm resorting to asking for help is due to all the life complications I've had until now.
My life took a turn for the worse during my breakup on march 26, 2024.
My partner at the time left the apartment while we were both living in it and in the lease while I was working part time on my way to full time later onto the year. Left me with bills I couldn't afford and debt I couldn't get rid of that easily.
I then started a new lease with roommates, hoping I could take away the struggle from paying high rent and focusing hard on the debt that was accumulated since that incident; turned out one of my roommates got into an accident with her car.
Due to her helping me with a lot of the rent, i felt the sense of obligation to help her get the repairs needed, while also providing Ubers for her due to her job being so far away.
Fast tracking a bit, went through more hurdles, and here I am today, in a way worse whole than when it started back in March due to all these complications.
I have a plan on taking my surgery on July 11th, 2025. Any of the donations will be used towards my out of pocket max of $3,750. any amount is appreciated.
Only reason why I feel this surgery is necessary, is only because it would be a big step towards curing my gender dysphoria and feel like I'm in the right body as it was meant to be. to feel normal & fight my depression with more ambition.
My gender dysphoria takes it's toll in a lot of my daily life activities. I've gone through therapy for long enough, and it's been made clear that all of this would be much more bearable with this surgery.
Thank you for all my friends, family, contributors & my partner for helping me throughout this journey.
