My name is Yanique Hamilton, i am from Westmoreland . I live in Seaford Town,Jamaica and i work at Fadachrisendz as a cook and kitchen manager. I have organized relief & restoration efforts on behalf of the owners Christopher Hacker & Racquel Hamilton to ask for your helping hand, in a time of distress, devastation and disaster.

Fadachrisendz is how we sustain ourselves & our families. It is also how over thirty (30) other local families sustain themselves and thier families This was swiftly taken away from us by Hurricane Melissa, that left behind a long trail of destruction.

BUILT by heart & hands, Fadachrisendz is a small local food,farm, family and friend hang out spot located in the hills of Seaford Town, Westmoreland Jamaica. We farm, cook and sell local jamaican dishes right from our backyard. We are most known for our famous roast pork,seasoned & slow roasted to perfection over open fire.

On Tuesday October 28th 2025, Jamaica was struck by a Category 5 Hurricane. The magnitude of the damage left behind is unimaginable. PLEASE take a look and see for yourself the loss of life & damage to livestock & property.

Unfortunately like so many other families and businesses , we are located where the eye of the hurricane passed, and it took our livelihood with it. Fadachrisendz now, just remnants of what it was.Nothing left standing. We will have to start over and literally build from the ground up.

The farm and the food spot is our only source of income. It is our livelihood, and sadly not just ours,but fadachrisendz employs thirty (30) people, all from our community. That is 30 families who suffered great loss from the catastropy, now left without an income also. Many of them have lost thier homes & property too. They have reached out to us seeking help and we are reaching out to you. The pieces to be picked up, cannot be counted. This is why we are here asking for your help.

Please help us to build back not just our lives but the lives oxf those we serve. We could never anticipate this level of destruction.We simply will not be able to build back without your contribution.

We are accepting monetary donations to help with our recovery. This includes

1 . Building material & roofing supplies for reconstruction of those structures completely lost or damaged ( house, restaurant,farm & storage house

2. Tents,taurpaulin,blankets,air matresses, bedding clothes & non perishable food items

3. Medical kits & water storage containners (tanks & sealable tap buckets

4. Funds and supply will be used towards everyday essentials ( portable stoves, furnishings and basic needs.

5. Farm recovery efforts(clearing,cleaning ,replanting)

6. Road clearing & removal of massive amount of debris ( zinc, broken glass,large trees, farm produce)

7. Local cordination, transportation & delivery. Funds will be used to support us, our employees, volunteers to transport and deliver aid
