Help Fabien Restore Water and Plumbing

I'm trying to raise money for my father Fabien. He is on social security and has c.o.p.d... He recently had an emergency where the pipe under his house burst. This left him without water and sewage pluming. The cost of this repair is over 10k to fix. We raised some of it but still need about 6k to get in repaired.
