Help Fabian recover from a tragic accident
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Lupita, and I am helping my sister, Ludey Ponce, by creating this GoFundme to raise money for her son, who had a terrible accident on Saturday, June 18, 2022. For those of you who have had the privilege to meet my nephew, Fabian, in his 21 years of life, he is a unique, amazing, intelligent, outgoing and respectful young man. This has been very hard on everyone; we love him so much and want him to get better. This has been especially hard on Ludey. As a mother myself, I can only imagine the pain she is in. Ludey is in the hospital with him, praying for him to return to us as he has not been conscious for several hours.
This morning, he was a passenger in a vehicle where the person who was driving was under the influence. Fabian knew better than to drive, so he trusted someone with his life, and it did not turn out well. According to the person driving, he lost control of the vehicle, and the car flipped multiple times totaling the vehicle.
Fabian was rushed to the hospital with multiple injuries. Doctors told his mother that initially, he was conscious and told the doctors that he could not feel anything from the waist down. Fabian suffered a broken clavicle, a broken neck and multiple back injuries. Unfortunately, I am not privy to all the information yet given that this has happened so suddenly. They performed surgery on him, and it appeared to be a success; however, more complications have arisen. We just learned that Fabian has multiple blood clots in his brain; that is all we know now.
We need your help with prayers for a full and speedy recovery and whatever you can donate to help with medical expenses. At this time, we do not know how much it will cost to cover the surgeries and hospital fees, but as soon as we do, I will be sure to update the platform. The monies will go directly to Fabian's mother, who will use the money to pay medical expenses. We appreciate your time and your donation.
