Help Ezra Rebuild After the Borel Fire
Donation protected
Dear Friends,
It's with great sadness that I share with you that my brother Ezra's cabin in Havilah, CA was completely destroyed by the recent Borel forest fire. Along with the loss of the main structure, the fire also destroyed his rainwater capture system, power tools, solar panels, bedding, and cooking area. I am thankful that he is safe and unharmed, but now Ezra faces the uphill battle of restoring his beloved homestead.

Ezra put his heart and soul into this project, transporting most of the materials and doing most of the construction work on his own, so seeing it reduced to ash has been devastating. This cabin was a labor of love for Ez. It was also something I helped work on with him when I was able to.

But we are determined to rebuild. With your help, we hope to raise enough funds to replace everything that was lost—not only the cabin and the tools, but also the steps necessary to rehabilitate the landscape that was decimated by the fire.

We are asking for any contributions, no matter how small, to help Ez rebuild on his land. Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity.
With gratitude,
Noah
