Help Ezra Continue To Grow At Jacob’s Ladder
Donation protected
6.5 years ago we adopted Ezra from China and to say our life was thrown upside down would be an understatement! For years doctors couldn’t figure out what was going on with him. He wasn’t sleeping. He wasn’t progressing. He was having up to 20 seizures every day. He was a mess!
Three years ago, we enrolled Ezra at Jacob’s Ladder NeuroDevelopmental School and his progress has been amazing! Thanks to prayer, the work of doctors and his daily work at Jacob’s ladder, Ezra is now a different kid! His brain is achieving order and he is progressing. The work they do at Jacob’s /Ladder is truly at the forefront of neurodevelopment and we are so blessed to have the opportunity for Ezra to be receiving their care and daily guidance.
While Medicaid covers most doctor’s visits, specialists, and therapies (he does multiple therapies daily), the Jacob’s Ladder portion of Ezra’s care is completely on us. Even with a couple generous donors, a small payment from the Cobb County School System, and a partial scholarship from the State of Georgia, we find ourselves $20,000/year short to cover his tuition. As of today we are completely empty in his account due to a donor needing to back out (this means an additional $10,000 must be raised to finish out this year).
$30,000 is a LOT of money!!!
We do not like asking for financial help, but there is no way we can do this WITHOUT YOUR HELP!!! Would you consider helping us meet the shortfall, so we can keep Ezra enrolled in this essential neurodevelopmental center/school? No amount is too small and every donation is very much appreciated.
Please know that we do not take any of this for granted. It has been a very hard and humbling last few years, but we have watched the Lord move on Ezra's behalf over and over again.
Thank you for being a part of Ezra's life. It means more to us than you'll ever know.
PLEASE NOTE:
*Any additional funds will be kept in a separate account and paid towards future years.
**If you'd like to make a larger donation and receive tax credit, please contact Jason Tomczak directly and it can be routed through the church. ***This fundraiser is public, so feel free to "share" on your page if you'd like to.
