Help Ezoren Rebuild After Devastating Flood

Hi everyone! My name is Czevn Humphreys, my brother Ezoren Humphreys lived in Kerrville in a RV park called Blue Oak RV Park right along the Guadalupe River. While we were on vacation with family in Utah Kerrville experienced its 2nd most high flood ever recorded. My brother lost his home along with everything in it and his truck he just spent months putting work into. He works down in Kerrville and was building a life there and now doesn’t know what is the next step for him but he is in immediate need of help. Anything is appreciated!!
