My brother, Eyad Abu Jaiyab, is living through an unimaginable nightmare in Gaza.

The war has brought with it not just bombs and destruction, but a silent killer—famine. Children and the elderly are wasting away. Food is nearly impossible to find, clean water is scarce, and medicine is a luxury.

Homes have been reduced to rubble. Families like Eyad’s have been forced to live in tents—fragile shelters that offer no real protection from the heat, the cold, or the constant fear of airstrikes.

Every day, people are being killed. Entire neighborhoods are wiped out. Life has become a desperate struggle for survival.

Eyad has lost everything—his home, his work, his sense of safety. Now, he is simply trying to survive with his family, facing hunger, disease, and the trauma of war.
