HELP EXPOSE CORRUPTION IN FAIRFIELD COUNTY OHIO

my name is Derek Utt. This is a fund raiser to expose government corruption amongst Fairfield county’s public offices and officials. The goal is to hire Dolcefino consulting to come to Lancaster Ohio from Texas and expose the corrupt nature of the local government; municipal courts, domestic relations courts, juvenile courts, cps , Lancaster police, and sheriffs. Dolcefino will be paid by me. All I will put 100% of these contributions towards their services to collect information and produce and publish a professional video outlining the many conflicts of interest, corruption and abuse of power and public office by our elected and appointed officials. just to give a background Here is a brief summary of my case

Tomorrow threats to withhold “visitation” with my children will be used to try and duress me into settlement. Just like it was the last 4 times I was falsely accused of breaking the law. my children have repeatedly been taken from me to apply undue influence and force me to pay tens of thousands of dollars to fight a fixed system to get them back. Records have been denied, no attorney is willing to file subpoenas for them bc they prove several malicious prosecutions from the very office now denying me the records. This is corruption

This is a list of SOME names involved in the corruption involved in my case in chronological order

June 08- spring 09 Scott wood tried to get me to take 3 pleas for a false domestic violence and abduction arrest, he worked with the prosecutor to do so violating his duty as my attorney for which he was fired, Kristen Burkett was retained and the case was immediately dismissed

Jan 09 Judge mowery- denied my exparte where I submitted evidence my son was born drug addicted, pleaded for both my childrens safety stating they would be harmed further, months later daughter ingested her moms illegal narcotics

March-June 09 magistrate bender- ignored evidence and my pleadings for help at pretrial and let kay hospitalize my daughter by allowing her to ingest her illegal narcotics, later he omitted the evidence of Ella’s hospitalization and gaslighted the facts of Jackson rehospitalized after birth, he also told

the fire department Chief long w the county prosecutor to withhold evidence of Ella’s ingestion of narcotics bc he “doesn’t know what kind of man I am”

Whom ever the county prosecutor and fire chief was in 2008-2010 , withheld evidence and maliciously prosecuted me in juvenile court.

Erin macanany was my court appointment in juvenile court in 2009 she coerced me to sign papers going along with the court and cps finding my kids to be dependent of the state bc their mom hospitalized them both. I should of been given my children at this time, but instead I was maliciously prosecuted and treated like a crack head criminal.

Kay’s attorney was a guy last name dern . He didn’t do much but was complicit

I don’t remember the caseworkers name but their supervisors were Christi burre and mike Orlando these people knew I was innocent and kay was on drugs and maliciously withheld evidence of both of these things while putting my kids in foster care and leading the charge to maliciously prosecute me. All bc I tried to file grievances against them for allowing both children to be hospitalized after I reported 26 times they would be.

Paul and Michelle Hensley, Michelle was the kids doctor and kay admitted to her after Jackson’s birth that she used drugs while pregnant with him and was continuing to do so, when Michelle didn’t report this information as a mandated reporter I went to her to let her know if she didn’t report the information I would report her for not. She did her duty as a mandatory reporter, then dropped my children from her practice, kay retained her husbands firm stepleton and aranda. Even tho there was obviously a conflict, he also took it upon himself to let me know Michelle won’t be testifying ever as he wishes to save her from the horrors of his profession.

Jim dye, my kids guardian who watched me be maliciously prosecuted in juvenile court and was complicit was denied from being the guardian at the next round Thru court bc he told me if you ever need anything let me know after I won and kay over heard him say it. He was conflicted out in the next round of court and Michelle Edgar was appointed in his place.

Even with all the evidence and zero proof of kay ever completing any type of rehab she sought for kay to regain 40% custody, I was arrested again for dv and the charges were easily dismissed but Edgar held firm to the establishment fucking over men and as rewarded with an appointment to juvenile court where she has remained a magistrate, she was excused from my case to do so and never held responsible or forced to testify. Ken millisor was appointed in her place and the case was settled.

Tom lipp begged me for years to reopen the case and fight for more support or custody bc I got 1/4 what was owed and the least amount of support allowed by law. But he failed to conflict Paul’s firm out or subpoena the doctor to court . I wasn’t going to continue to pay someone who played me.

We settled in 2016 and I was arrested later that year for gun trafficking, I went to Jim dye to sue the police for illegal search and he told me these people will never stop if you hold them accountable to which I replied they already aren’t going to ever stop. He then decline to pursue it further siting concern over threats I received and phone calls he got from angry cops .

2019 I was arrested by these dirty cops once again this time for cannabis trafficking, I broke no laws and the cannabis I had was 100% legal in all 50 states. It was in Illinois but the information they received was from kay and her bother in law repeatedly informing the police of my alleged criminal behavior ( I never broke a law) I beat that case as well. Proving I was targeted by corrupt cops using illegal imsi catchers to apprehend me multiple times.

2021 kay tried to have me arrested again this time for abuse of children bc I threatened to sue her for withholding the children Christmas of 2020. This was the first time I was NOT arrested for her false reports. The situation escalated over the next 9 months and I’d had enough I went to Henniger to file contempts for child support non payment and abuse of me and the children clearly stated in my email to him fall of 2020. The day before my motions were to be filed kay called cps and accused me of beating both children, she coerced my daughter to fight with me and refuse to get on the bus for which I grounded her from her phone and made her walk to school, later that week my daughter threatened me that if I didn’t give her phone back and not make her ride the bus she would go to school and tell her counselor that I beat her and she wants to live w her mom. Which is exactly what she did when I made her ride the bus without her phone the next morning.

The next day cps and kay went to court and her attorney Julia tabor and cps incorrectly and maliciously cited our court records incorrectly saying I had history or being abusive and a drug addict dating back to 08 they cited the case that tabors boss Scott wood poorly and unethically represented me in till I fired him for his ethics violations. This broke ethics and caused violations for which she was later removed from the case for. At this point magistrates cleary became upset and issued orders to stop and impound my childrens support even tho kay is over 10 years and 6k behind. She also said by removing tabor I wouldn’t be entitled to due process, ethical standards and visitation but I’d have to choose, I chose to uphold the law and remover tabor anyway. There is no right to attorneys but there is a right to hear exparte in 14 days , three continuances and 6 months later she breezed Thru our hearing and upheld her findings that I abuse my children even tho there was 4 eye witnesses to the allegations and zero proof other than moms lies. She also doubled down on her bias by issuing gag orders, and refusing to let my objections to her rulings be heard, she has denied or dismissed every motion I’ve filed and refuses to enter a finding of facts and conclusions of law in my case bc she is corrupt. Ken millisor removed himself the day after I emailed him explaining I’d be sueing him for legal malpractice and why, cleary then appointed her buddy from Columbus to be the next and newest guardian. Which just shows she has zero fear of being exposed for the corrupt pos she is. Kay retained Angela samier who along with cleary has a great track record of levying false allegations to alienate men from children.

Dr. Lowenstein should get a dishonorable mention as well as he conducted our psych evals and didn’t investigate ANYTHING but just supported the court’s narrative for his friends he gets kick backs from…

Teresa Villarreal filed the objections and motion to force cleary to issue findings of facts and conclusions of law. Both denied with no further action available according to her, when Ken withdrew without repercussions she was fired as well for refusing to file writ of mandamus.

Since then I’ve consulted with every attorney possible. There’s one willing to handle my custody case but not willing to touch anything else. But I’m not interested in fighting with both hands tied behind my back any longer. Trial will be the only outcome from now on
