Timberlake’s Cuisine Needs Your Support

Hello, my name is Brandon Timberlake, and I’m the proud owner and creator of Timberlake’s Cuisine LLC.

We’re a family-owned and operated business, with my wife Adrianni, also known as Mama T, & our girls Little Chef, and K.T., all playing a part. We’re a seasonal 365-day-a-year soul food mobile catering service. Our goal is to bring back the true essence of cooking, and we do that by bringing family and love to our cuisine. You’ll taste it in every bite, and that’s what will keep us going in Boise.

Cooking has always been a part of my life. When Covid hit, I decided to turn my passion for starting a catering business into reality. There were so many obstacles to overcome, but I was determined to make it happen.

Now that we’re in a new phase, I’ve given it my all and realized that time is precious and shouldn’t be wasted. We’ve grown our clientele in the Boise area from our recent events, and we’re excited to continue that journey. Your Support will help us continue to do that. We’re a completely natural fire-dependent company, and we’re working towards becoming a farm-to-table company, with at least 60% of our food coming from our farmers and farmers markets.

Our plan is to buy a pre-owned mom-and-pop shop that we can grow the Timberlakes legacy and permanently represent Boise, Idaho, and the best soul food. We’re hoping to keep the doors open, but it’s a tough road ahead.

We’ve got our food trailer, but we need your help to open the doors and stay open. We’ve secured our permits, but being a family-owned business comes with its challenges. Taking care of our girls is no easy task, and we even homeschool them, which is a gift that allows us to teach them survival and entrepreneurship.
