Less than two years ago, I was the one who needed a second chance. Today, I'm blessed to pay that opportunity forward as the Founder of The Barracks Recovery & Sober Living in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Our program currently provides a safe, structured home for 19 men and women recovering from addiction, incarceration, and homelessness. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, we've been blessed with beds, clothing, furniture, and food. Our greatest need now is more space.

We're raising funds to rent an additional property so we can move the women into their own home and continue helping more people who are ready to change their lives. Many of our residents arrive with no income and must wait weeks to obtain IDs and employment documents before they can start working. During that time, housing scholarships are often the difference between recovery and returning to the streets. Every donation helps provide someone with a safe place to live, stability, accountability, and the opportunity to rebuild their life.
