Help Ex-JW pay medical bills after receiving Blood

Jake was raised a Jehovah's Witness (JW) back in Feb he posted the attached video bravely showing his handsome face (and amazing hair) sharing that he no longer believes the the JW doctrines especially abstaining from blood. If a Jehovah's Witness willingly accepts a blood transfusion especially when in a life threatening situation, they will be disfellowshipped from the JW organisation and shunned by all JW family and friends. Harsh, cruel, inhumane consequences. Jake explains his long term health problems, namely Crohn's disease and how he has, and hasn't been able to manage this, namely issues of stress, depression and no means to pay medical expenses.
Since posting his video back in February, not only has Jake had to contend with opposition from his congregation elders, but shunning from family and friends too. This has obviously caused Jake much hurt, upset and stress over the un-natural reactions of those who have been part of his life since birth.
A couple of days ago April 13th Jake lost consciousness due to severe blood loss. He was taken to the emergency room where I am thrilled to say despite his childhood indoctrination, he accepted the much needed life saving blood transfusion. He kindly shared a picture of this, which he wouldn't of been able to do so if he hadn't accepted blood!
He is currently receiving excellent medical care from fantastic doctors and nurses in hospital and recovering well, as he is still able to share his witty sense of humour
As he is in the US, when he does return home, he unfortunately will be sent a medical expenses bill to cover the costs incurred. I know that he also has his previous medical bill to still pay of $4000 dollars, in addition to his pending medical bill.
Please all those within the EX-Jehovah's Witnesses community and all other kind hearted strangers aka "worldly" people, please show your unconditional love, care and support by donating a small amount, or a huge amount to help ease the added burden so that Jake can recover speedily.

As a former JW who thankfully has never had to contend with such medical issues, but has experienced shunning for 20+years I want Jake to feel as much love and care as possible as it really does help in his journey exiting the Jehovah's Witness cult. Let's give an epic "unwitness".
